<strong>Tumormikroumgebung (TME)<\/strong> umfasst zellul\u00e4re und nicht-zellul\u00e4re Komponenten wie Tumor-assoziierte Fibroblasten (CAFs), Immunzellen, Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und die extrazellul\u00e4re Matrix (ECM). Diese Elemente beeinflussen nicht nur die Tumorentwicklung, sondern auch die <strong>Strahlenresistenz<\/strong>, da viele Tumore widerstandsf\u00e4higer gegen strahleninduzierte DNA-Sch\u00e4den sind als gesundes Gewebe. Zus\u00e4tzlich f\u00f6rdert Hypoxie immunsuppressive Zellen wie Tumor-assoziierte Makrophagen (TAMs) und regulatorische T-Zellen (Tregs), was die Anti-Tumor-Immunantwort hemmt. Die metabolische Umstellung der Tumorzellen auf Glykolyse unter Sauerstoffmangel sowie metabolische Kopplungen, wie der Laktat-Shuttle, verst\u00e4rken das Tumorwachstum und die Strahlenresistenz. Innovative Therapien zielen darauf ab, diese <strong>TME-bedingten Ver\u00e4nderungen zu modulieren<\/strong>, um die Strahlensensitivit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen und die Immunantwort zu st\u00e4rken. Dabei werden zielgerichtete Ans\u00e4tze und die Kombination von Strahlen- und Immuntherapie erprobt, um die Therapieresistenz zu \u00fcberwinden.\u00a0\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"so-panel
