Die g\u00e4ngigen Festlegungen und Dokumentationsformen bereiten in Akutsituationen, insbesondere in Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten, Probleme hinsichtlich der Begrenzung von therapeutischen (und hier insbesondere invasiven) Ma\u00dfnahmen.
