In diesem Rahmen werden in enger Absprache mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degro.org\/akademie\/die-degro-akademie\/\">DEGRO Akademie<\/a> Umfragen unter den jungen Kolleg:innen durchgef\u00fchrt, deren Ergebnisse eine Grundlage f\u00fcr unsere Arbeit darstellen. Ein Ergebnis dieser Arbeit sind die monatlich stattfindenden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degro.org\/veranstaltungen-degro\/weiterbildung-fuer-mitarbeitende-in-der-radioonkologie\/\">Webinare zur Facharztpr\u00fcfung<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00f6chten wir den in Ausbildung befindlichen Kolleg:innen die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten, sich \u00fcber die wesentlichen Inhalte der Facharztweiter-<br \/>\nbildung zu informieren und eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber verschiedene Fortbildungs-<br \/>\nangebote geben. Hier konnten wir erfolgreich das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degro.org\/jd\/hospitationsprogramme\/\">Hospitationsprogramm<\/a> etablieren.<\/p>\n<p>In Planung befindet sich eine Plattform f\u00fcr den deutschlandweiten fachlichen Austausch zwischen den Kolleg:innen in den Kliniken und Praxen.<\/p>\n<p>Unter der Rubrik <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degro.org\/jd\/links-zur-weiterbildung\/\">Links zur Weiterbildung<\/a> sind informative und hilfreiche Links zu verschiedenen Themen f\u00fcr euch zusammengestellt. Die Themen reichen von Weiterbildungsangebote der Fachgesellschaften und Arbeitsgruppen \u00fcber Konturierungsatlanten und Online-Tools f\u00fcr die (Radio)-Onkologie bis hin zu Kontakten zu den Landes\u00e4rztekammern und weiterf\u00fchrenden n\u00fctzlichen Ausk\u00fcnften. Zur Unterst\u00fctzung und Vorbereitung auf die Facharztpr\u00fcfung stellen wir unseren Mitgliedern zudem Altprotokolle vergangener Pr\u00fcfungsfragen zur
